Terms of Service

1. Description of the service

The application is an internal management tool used to publish posts, handle comments and Direct messages from a single screen, and report account statistics for Instagram business accounts owned by Vitze Home. It operates through the Instagram Graph API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Accounts and authorisation

Only persons authorised by Vitze Home may use the application. Whoever connects an Instagram account declares that they are entitled to act on behalf of that account. Authorisation is granted through Meta and can be revoked at any time from your Instagram/Facebook settings.

3. Acceptable use

• No content may be published that violates the Meta Platform Terms or the Instagram Community Guidelines.
• No unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), automated follow/like behaviour or misleading content.
• Data obtained through the application may not be sold or transferred to third parties.
• Unauthorised access attempts, reverse engineering and abuse of API quotas are prohibited.

4. Quotas and usage limits

The API call limits enforced by Meta apply. If limits are exceeded, operations may be temporarily suspended on a per-account basis. Vitze Home may apply additional quota limits to preserve service continuity.

5. Intellectual property

The software and interface of the application belong to Vitze Home. Rights in the content published through an account remain with its owner. "Instagram", "Facebook" and "Meta" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; this application is not endorsed or certified by Meta.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Vitze Home is not liable for disruptions caused by outages, changes or access restrictions in the Meta API, nor for indirect damages or loss of profit.

7. Suspension and termination

In case of a breach of these terms the connection may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. When a connection ends, access tokens are deleted immediately; other records remain subject to the retention period set out in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law and contact
