Data Deletion Request

You can use this page to request deletion of the personal data Vitze Home processes through its Instagram integration.

What gets deleted?

  • Your Instagram profile information (account ID, username, display name).
  • The content and timestamps of Instagram Direct messages exchanged with us.
  • Copies of your comments on our posts stored on our side.
  • System records linked to that data.

Minimum records that must be retained for commercial and legal obligations may continue to be stored for the 5-year period stated in the privacy policy; such records are not used for any other purpose.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form below.
  2. You receive a confirmation code.
  3. Track the request on the status page using that code.
  4. Requests are resolved within 30 days at the latest.

When you remove the application from your Instagram or Facebook settings, Meta sends us an automatic deletion callback; the same kind of confirmation code is generated and shown to you.
